Location
The farm was established in 1996 and is located 20 miles north of the Headwaters of the Mississippi river. The array of scenic trails allows lots of room to ride & drive any time of the year.
A refurbished hiproof barn along with looming gardens in the summer and a warm glow in the winter make the farm a welcoming place to come back to.
We welcome you to stop by and see the Ferrie family and their "Golden Ponies!"

Ferrie Family History
Lynn and Linnae Ferrie have been around horses their entire lives. They've experienced many different breeds and activities with horses. In 2001 they purchased a pair of matching Haflinger fillies. As they began working with the fillies, teaching them to drive, they realized that these horses were everything they wanted. The Haflingers were quicker to learn than any other horse they worked with and were an ideal size. They were calm, curious and fun to work with. All of these qualities together have made Lynn and Linnae expand their Haflinger farm. The uniqueness of these "golden ponies" has inspired the Ferries to raise, train, show and sell them.
